Roger C Kreinbrook Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Roger C. Kreinbrook, 79, of Acme, passed away peacefully Tuesday December 28, 2021 at his home , while surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 8, 1942 in Mt. Pleasant a son of the late Harold and Netta Kinneer Kreinbrook. Roger was a graduate of Connellsville High School with the class of 1961 and was President of the school's Future Farmers of America. He first worked as an Overhead Crane Operator for Rochez Specialty Steel in Braddock for 18 years. He then worked for Shaffer's Block in Somerset as a Boom Truck Driver. Also, Roger, along with his wife Darlene, owned and operated Kreinbrook's Market in Donegal for 42 years. Roger loved working at the market and seeing and talking to all of the people that would come in everyday. He especially like making the hand painted signs that the market would put out. People would often comment of how unique they were. Roger enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter. He was a member of the Mt. Zion Community Church in Acme. Roger will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his loving family, his wife of 60 years Darlene Ann Keslar Kreinbrook, his daughters Brenda Cramer of Kingwood, WV. and Christina Maluchnik and husband Robert of Boswell, his grandchildren Dakota Foley and husband Carson, Jessie Cramer, and Zachery and Ty Maluchnik, his great grandson Boone Foley, his brother David Kreinbrook and wife Sharon of Johnstown, his sisters Charma Baker of Ohio and Myrna Maher of Florida, several nieces and nephews, and his special pet dog, Josie, that he loved very much. In addition to his parents Roger was predeceased by his brother Wayne Kreinbrook. Family and friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Mark C. Brooks Funeral Home Inc., at the corner of route 711 and 146 Municipal Building Rd., Melcroft (724-455-2310) where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Paul Haasz officiating. A committal service and interment will follow in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, Donegal.
