Timothy Ray Ritenour Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Timothy Ray "Tim" Ritenour, 49, of Melcroft, passed away unexpectedly Thursday June 16, 2022 at his home. He was born April 25, 1973 in Mt. Pleasant a son of the late Richard James Ritenour and Verdella L. Siesky Ritenour Davison. Tim was a graduate of Connellsville Area High School with the class of 1992. He was owner and operator of Ritenour Excavating and enjoyed working with his machines. He also enjoyed hunting. Tim will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his loving wife of 27 years Joyce Ann Ahlborn Ritenour, his childrenTiffany Ritenour McKeel and husband Merle of Melcroft and Jonathan Ritenour of Melcroft, his siblings Debra Leech and husband Tom of Shermansdale, Diane Gearhart and husband Jerry of Acme, Sandy Rimel of Jones Mills, Wendell "John" Ritenour and wife Cindi of Somerset, Richard Ritenour of Acme, Marjorie "Kate" Peterson of Ligonier, Pamela Zagorski and husband Chuck of Pittsburgh, Jim Ritenour and wife Charlene of Champion, and Kimberly Ritenour- Rogers and husband Jason of Lindsborg, KS., and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Tim was predeceased by his brothers Gary and Clarence "Sam" Ritenour. Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Mark C. Brooks Funeral Home Inc., at the corner of route 711 and 146 Municipal Building Rd., Melcroft (724-455-2310) where a Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 12:00 PM.
